Your Mental Health Matters

You don’t have to face everything alone.

School life can bring many different challenges, from exams and friendships to stress, anxiety and personal difficulties. Whatever you may be going through, your mental health matters, and support is always available.

Our school is committed to creating a safe, supportive and understanding environment where every student feels heard, valued and respected. This page is here to help you learn more about mental health, discover the support available within school and the community, and find out how to access help for yourself or a friend.

It’s okay to ask for help, and you deserve to be supported. Whether you need someone to talk to, advice on managing your feelings, or further support, we encourage you to take that first step. You can also use this page to refer yourself or signpost a friend who may benefit from additional support.

Remember, you are not alone, and taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.
